How do queries work?
Each rate quote, invoice audit, or AI analysis uses 1 token. Viewing existing results, shipments, or KPIs does not use tokens.
How do I read my carrier scorecards?
Go to Carrier Scorecards in the sidebar. Each carrier is scored across 7 metrics on your specific lanes. Green = 85+, Amber = 70–84, Red = below 70.
How do I dispute an invoice?
Go to Invoice Audit. Any invoice with a discrepancy shows a "Generate dispute letter" button — LanePilot creates a carrier-specific letter with tariff citations automatically.
How do I pause or cancel my account?
Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel subscription. You will be offered the Pause plan ($19/mo) which preserves all your data for up to 12 months.
